Wash and peel the strawberries. On top of the clean strawberries, add the sugar, cover and leave the sweetened fruit overnight. The next day, add the strawberries and syrup to the pot. On top of the strawberries, put the clean rhubarb and cut it into pieces. Add lemon juice and bring the fruit to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil everything for 3 hours or until sweetness has reduced. Lather the jam as many times as needed.

One kilogram of fresh strawberries

One kilogram of granulated sugar

Pick and wash the strawberries, removing the stems. Sprinkle with sugar and leave for 4-7 hours to release the juice. To make this process happen faster, carefully mix the fruit for 15 minutes with a wooden spoon.

After the strawberries release enough juice, put the pot with them on the fire. Boil it for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling with constant stirring and collect the foam from its surface. Lift the following jam from the heat and leave it rest for 6 hours.

Then put it on the fire again and boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. If necessary, collect the foam formed on its surface and let it cool again for 6 hours.
