1 kg of apples

How do we prepare?

Clean the apple and cut it into cubes. We pass them on to a great deal. Squeeze lemon juice over them and, optionally, add coconut sugar and vanilla bean pulp. Let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the apples have cooled, transfer them to a tall bowl and pass everything through a vertical blender. “We transfer them to jars and store them in the refrigerator,” Raluca Rotario told DC News.

500gm frozen peas

white onion

3 islands

Red pepper

100 ml tomato paste

2 tablespoons clarified butter/olive oil

How do we prepare?

Heat the butter in a saucepan. Finely chop the onion and add it to the butter until it thickens. Meanwhile, prepare the carrots and peppers. Clean them, cut them into cubes and add them on top of the hard onions.

Let everything freeze for 2-3 minutes, during this time we mix to ensure that the vegetables do not burn. Add two cups of water and simmer over low heat until you try the carrots with a fork and they are done. If the water has decreased, we can periodically refill it with a cup. Add the tomato paste and peas and let everything boil for another 10 minutes,” said Raluca Rotario.

300g gluten-free pasta

10-15 shrimp

small white onion

4 garlic cloves

200 ml vegetable cream for cooking

yolk

2 tablespoons clarified butter or lactose-free butter

Inactive Yeast Flakes / Parmesan For Serving

How to prepare:

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure to keep 2 tablespoons of the water in which the pasta was boiled before draining. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the chopped onions. Let the onions harden for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic.

Be careful not to let the garlic harden too much, as it will turn bitter. Add the liquid cream and let it heat up. Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the egg whites and add the yolks over the liquid cream, stirring constantly until smooth.

Season with salt, pepper and other spices to taste. On top of the previously obtained mixture, add the shrimp with a polish from the water in which they cooked the pasta. Cover everything with a lid and let the shrimp cook for 10 minutes.

Stir occasionally to make sure the cream does not stick to the pan. If the water has decreased, we can add another polish from the water in which the pasta was boiled. Transfer the pasta over the previously obtained shrimp sauce and serve with flakes of inactive yeast or Parmesan cheese.
