1 kg of freshwater fish (carp, novak, trout, bigeye, catfish, perch, crouchie)
200 g flour
100 ml oil
2 hot peppers

garlic
A bunch of green onions
Thyme
bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Four tomatoes, two red and yellow peppers

Clean fish seasoned with salt and pepper, wrapped in cornstarch and fried in a grill plate or fried in a frying pan in hot oil.
