Cabbage soup recipe: ingredients and preparation
Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 liters of water
- 1 white onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 500 grams of fresh cabbage
- 3 islands
- 2 strands of celery
- Half a teaspoon of thyme
- Half a teaspoon of dried basil
- 800g diced tomatoes (including juice)
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:
Peel, grate and chop the squash fine. Peel the zucchini, grate it and cut it into slices.
Wash the cabbage and cut it into coarse pieces 1-2 cm in size.
Wash the celery stalks and cut them into 1-centimeter pieces. Or peel the celery root and cut into small cubes.

Fill a bowl with 2 liters of vegetable broth or water. Add chopped onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, celery stalks or diced celery root, oregano, basil, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
