We recommend a simple but very tasty cake for your Easter meal. It is easy to prepare and very tasty. With milk cream and fruit jelly cake, it is impossible not to surprise your family.


  • 3 eggs
  • 90 grams flour
  • 15 grams of cocoa
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 500 ml of sweet milk
  • 50 grams of starch
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 100 gm butter
  • Two tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 350 g orange juice
  • 20 grams of starch
  • 50 grams of sugar

Prepare the recipe with milk cream and fruit jelly cake

First of all, turn the oven over to 180 degrees and prepare a tray with baking paper. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix for a minute, then add the salt and sugar.

We will continue mixing for 10-15 minutes until the composition turns white. Leave it aside, add the flour and mix it with an egg beater. We will put the whole composition in the oven for 25-30 minutes, after which we remove the upper part from the oven and leave to cool.

When the work surface is cool, we will take care of the milk and butter cream, and after the cream is ready, we will take care of its assembly on the cake. After we put the milk cream on the table, we let the composition cool for a couple of hours.

At the end we make fruit jelly, and when it is ready we let it cool to room temperature, then pour it over the cream and butter. Once we add the gel we will give the cake to cool overnight and cut it the next day as we like, but the knife should be put in the hot water after slicing each piece.
