  • 250 gm brown sugar
  • 75gm chopped almonds

  • 250 gm mascarpone cheese
  • 100g butter at room temperature
  • 150 gm powdered sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream

How to prepare

To get started, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We take two trays that we grease with oil, then put baking paper on them. In a bowl, mix the baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and flour.

We put three tablespoons of sugar in a pan, and after it melts we add the walnuts, which we cut into small pieces. Cool the composition with aluminum foil, especially so that it does not stick.
