Before we introduce you to this chicken noodle soup recipe, there are a few tricks to keep in mind if you want everything to turn out perfectly. The soup should boil over a very low heat and the pot should not be covered with a lid. It also lathers regularly to make it as clear as possible.


– 1 chicken (1 kg)
– 2 medium carrots
– 1 parsnip root
– 1 parsley root
-1 medium white onion
– 2 slices of celery root, 2 cm thick
– salt

How to prepare

Start by cutting the chicken into the correct pieces. Fill a saucepan with 6 liters of cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and chop the meat. Put the pot on a low heat. When the soup begins to boil in very small pots, we regularly collect the foam formed on the surface.

When no foam is formed, add clean and washed carrots, parsnips, parsley root, cleaned and washed, celery slices and peeled whole onions.

Turn off the fire when the meat is pierced. Noodles are never added to the full amount of soup obtained. So, for two people, put 1 liter of chicken soup in a separate saucepan, over low heat, add 100 grams of noodles and cook the soup for 3-4 minutes or until the noodles are soft.

At the end, add freshly chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper and serve the soup immediately, optional if served with the meat and vegetable chunks from the soup.
