This drunken soup recipe is a perfect preparation after the Easter holidays. You can serve it with the whole family and it is very easy to prepare. Here are the ingredients you need!


400g sauerkraut

200 grams of ribs

200g smoked sausage

40 g lard

50g flour

1 small red onion

5 g cream

1-2 bay leaves

Red pepper

1-2 garlic cloves

How to prepare

We cut sauerkraut into small pieces and cook it, then pour over it 2 liters of cold water, add bay leaf, ribs and smoked sausage. All these ingredients, in a large saucepan, boil until soft and ready.

Meanwhile, we’re making a golden toast of lard, flour, chopped onion, garlic, and paprika. When the onions are golden, remove from the heat, at the same time remove the bay leaves from the soup, ribs and sausage.

Put the pan in a saucepan of juice and bring to a boil well. Add salt to taste and lemon juice. When ready, return the shredded and boneless ribs and small sausage slices. When serving, add sour cream and lemon juice.
