Nothing beats a little sour soup after a night out when I was at a party and was surrounded by all kinds of drinks, some of which were more subtle. Well, to stand on your own two feet, try the drunken soup!
Drunk soup recipe. Simple and delicious dish
Sugar soup is easier to prepare than you think, and the taste is really unmistakable! It is a delicious culinary dish that will pamper your palate and you will want to eat it the next day!
- 400g sauerkraut
- 200 grams of ribs
- 200g smoked sausage
- 40 g lard
- 50g flour
- 1 small red onion
- 5 g cream
- 1-2 bay leaves
- Red pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Lemon juice
How to prepare:
We cut the sauerkraut into small pieces and cook it, then pour over it 2 liters of cold water, add the bay leaf, ribs and smoked sausage. All of these ingredients, in a large saucepan, boil until soft and almost cooked.
Meanwhile, we’re making a golden toast of lard, flour, chopped onion, garlic, and paprika. When the onions are golden, remove from the heat, at the same time remove the bay leaves from the soup, ribs and sausage.
Add the toast to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Depending on the taste, if necessary, add salt and lemon juice. When it is ready, we return the ribs cut into cubes and sausage sausages. When serving, add sour cream and lemon juice to everyone’s taste.
