False Belly Soup with Ginger

If you’re fasting, try this recipe for a fake belly soup with crystal mushrooms and soybean cream. It is delicious, it is prepared very quickly and you do not realize that it is a fasting dish, it is very tasty!

This fake belly soup is similar to the “original” both visually and in texture. It is true that the taste is different but not necessarily in a bad way. On the contrary, you may like it so much that you eat it even outside your fasting periods. Mushrooms are also called “vegetable meat” because they successfully replace meat. This mushroom is rich in vitamins, proteins and essential amino acids that lower the level of “bad” cholesterol in the blood.

tripe soup FalseIngredients and method of preparation:

the components:

  • 500 gm of mushrooms
  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 1 white onion
  • Small piece of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 RD Kabia
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt, white pepper and vinegar (or lemon juice) to taste
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish).

How to prepare:

Wash the mushrooms well and cut them into edges. Put a pot of 2 liters of water on the stove and add the whole clean vegetables (onions, celery, parsnips, parsley root, carrots) minus the pepper and other carrots.

Add 2 bay leaves and a pinch of salt to the pot of vegetables and cook for about 30 minutes.

Remove the cooked vegetables and bay leaves to a plate, then add the mushroom slices to the saucepan.

While the mushrooms are boiling (about 15 minutes), put a frying pan with a little oil on the stove and cook the carrots on a grater for 2-3 minutes over high heat, cutting the capia pepper into thin slices.

Boil the vegetables in a blender until creamy and add them to the soup pot, almost over the boiled mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix the vegetable cream with garlic given through the juicer.

Put the carrot and pepper mixture with garlic cream in the pot. Season with salt and pepper and add vinegar or lemon juice to taste (2-3 tablespoons).

Leave the soup pot on the stove for about 5 minutes, then set aside and add the fresh chopped parsley. For an amazing preparation, serve black sesame soup. Bon appetite!
