How to prepare

Crush the biscuits well (in a food processor or in a bag with the help of a whisk), then mix them with the melted margarine and powdered sugar. To make the cream, mix the pudding powder with 5.6 tablespoons of soy milk and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the cold milk and sugar.

Put everything on the fire, mix and leave until it thickens. When the pudding is hot, add the ghee and mix. Add coconut and let it cool. Remove the top of the biscuits from the refrigerator and pour the pudding over them. Put everything in the refrigerator for at least two hours. When serving, garnish with banana slices. Banana slices can be sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not become dark.

Fasting apple and caramel cake

the components:

  • 400 ml of water
  • 100 ml oil
  • 50-100 g of ground nuts;

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

How to prepare

Next, the dough is baked, one at a time, in two trays, or the whole composition, and immediately after the top is baked, it is cut into two pieces.

Leave the top in the oven for 40-60 minutes. Cream preparation. Caramel sugar, add 5 tablespoons of flour and mix everything well. Add hot water over the composition and let it simmer while stirring. Leave to cool, then add vegetable ghee, cocoa and spices.
Put the cream on the counter and put the fasting cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
