- One kilogram of potatoes
- About 250 grams of rice
- two onions
- two carrots
- small cauliflower
- 50 ml of sunflower oil

How to prepare:
Peel the zucchini, grate it and cut it into small cubes.
Meanwhile, put in a pot, in about 4 liters of water, potatoes, 2 hardened onions and hardened carrots, unwrapped cauliflower in bundles, and about 1 teaspoon salt. After 10 minutes, add the washed rice, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 20-25 minutes.
