6 eggs

400 ml milk

150 grams of sugar

jelly bag

400 ml liquid cream

spring fruits

fresh mint

How to prepare

Make Pandispan according to the classic recipe (see recipe http://dragameaprietena.kanald.ro/retete/pandispan_39535.html#view)

Cut off the top of the pandisan and place it on the base of the cake pan.

We add the fruit in an aesthetic way and then pour the cream.

Add gelatin previously soaked in a few tablespoons of cold water, then leave to cool slightly.
