Ingredients

  • 250 grams of prunes
  • 100 ml of brandy
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • four eggs
  • 250 gm cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • a teaspoon of food starch
  • 100 gm oatmeal
  • 50 grams of almonds

How to prepare

To get started, heat the brandy and put 125 g of prunes cut into small pieces. In a blender, mix the cocoa and the remaining 125 g of prunes well. Add eggs, sugar, baking soda, cream and starch.

We grind the oatmeal and almonds well and add them on top of the rest of the ingredients, but we are very careful not to leave it lumpy. Put the plum soaked in brandy, then mix the composition.

Pour the composition into a round tray lined with baking paper. Leave it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes, then remove and leave to cool, then it is ready to serve. Bon appetite!
