- 250 gr arborio rice
- 750 ml chicken soup
- 1 medium size onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 grams butter
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
- 150ml semi-dry white wine
- A few strands of saffron are moistened in warm water
- Juice and half a lemon peel
- 100 gm finely grated parmesan cheese

To get creamy rice as described in the risotto recipe, it is necessary to follow each of the preparation steps and to choose the type of rice.

Soup should be hot at the time of use. Add saffron to it.
Peel and grate the squash and chop it in a saucepan with hot oil. Stir so that the onions do not burn and hold together evenly. When the onions soften a little, add the rice and mix for 2-3 minutes with the onions and hot oil. After making sure that each grain of rice is well greased with oil, add the wine. Let the rice boil in the wine until the alcohol evaporates.
