Orange tiramisu and mini eclairs. Vladout recipe for super nizza, December 10, 2021

Because it’s Friday, Vlăduț, the morning’s Super Neatza chef, has prepared a recipe for tiramisu with oranges and a mini éclair, a dessert that can be used as inspiration for the winter holidays.

The cake is actually a combination of a classic tiramisu cake and a diploma cake. Coffee soaked biscuits are mixed with mascarpone whipped cream. A little raspberry jam will blend the cream beautifully, and grated orange peel will flavor it very pleasantly.

Follow below the list of ingredients and steps to prepare such an amazing and delicious tiramisu.

Tiramisu with orange and mini eclairs – ingredients

  • 1 box of champagne biscuits
  • 250 ml of coffee, boiled and sweetened to taste
  • 500 grams mascarpone
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 150gm icing vanilla flavored sugar
  • 3-4 oranges
  • 10-12 mini eclairs with vanilla cream
  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • 50 gm white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam

Tiramisu recipe with orange and mini eclairs – how to prepare

Start by making coffee in a filter or espresso machine sweetened with sugar. We’ll keep in mind that biscuits are sweet, too.

The next step is to prepare a creamy mascarpone cream. Mix the cream with the cream until it becomes creamy, then add the sugar and continue mixing until you get a thick cream, suitable only for dessert.

A quarter of the cream is reserved for decorating the cake, and the rest is mixed with mascarpone. Add orange cubes to this cream.

When these dishes are ready, we can prepare the tiramisu cake.

Collect the tiramisu cake

Use as a round cake with removable walls 24-26 cm in diameter.

At the base of the form is a row of biscuits running lightly through the coffee grounds. Add half the amount of mascarpone cream with cream and orange.

Pour raspberry jam on top and pour over cream to season well with jam. Then another row of biscuits passed through the coffee and the rest of the cream on top. Season the cream with raspberry jam and sprinkle with finely grated orange peel. Spread the whipped cream over the cream, put small eclairs and candied orange slices in them.

Mini eclairs will be glazed with melted dark chocolate and melted white chocolate. Small lines are drawn over the dark chocolate to simulate snow.

Allow the orange tiramisu and mini eclairs to cool for at least an hour before serving.
