6 slices bacon / ham / smoked ceyolan
Spices: garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil – to taste
How to prepare
Boil the potatoes but not to the end (they should not be crumbly like mashed potatoes), cut them into cubes (smaller, not soup). Meanwhile, fry the onions in a large skillet (you will cook everything in it). When it becomes glazed, add the potatoes and season with spices. Add fried bacon strips, adding more seasoning if you feel the need. Crack 4 eggs (as for the net), put the lid on and remove to serve when the eggs are ready. Optionally, you can sprinkle fresh chopped parsley or Parmesan cheese on top.
