How to prepare

1. Cover the tray with baking paper and place the toasted nuts in it to form the base of the cake.

2. Beat egg whites with sugar until you get a stiff foam, and add a mixture of ground walnuts, flour and baking powder on top.

3. The composition is mixed very lightly with a wooden spoon, with movements from top to bottom and then poured into the pan and placed in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. The baking tray is inverted onto a plate so that the nut remains on top of it.

4. Spread the top with commercial chocolate cream and cover with a layer of biscuits.

5. Mix the yolks with sugar and two tablespoons of water and boil in a water bath until thick cream, then leave to cool.

6. While the cream is cooling, whip the liquid cream, and then incorporate it into the cooled composition.

7. The cream is obtained in this way to spread on the table and cocoa powder and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight.
