Pumpkin Risotto – a delicious recipe for capricious kids

Some children eat without problems what their parents offer them, others refuse everything that their parents offer them. Especially healthy options. Meal times become very stressful and filled with crying, begging and even screaming. However, children should feed themselves properly and parents should arm themselves with patience. And look for explanations for the refusal of children. Sometimes there may be emotional reasons behind refusing to eat food prepared by the parents. Or children may experience various inconveniences (abdominal pain, weight gain, etc.).

Child psychologists cite among the reasons children refuse food from their parents because they don’t spend quality time together or don’t spend enough time.
