- Tuna slices in olive oil
- green bean pods
- red onion
- water and sugar

Even if the list of ingredients is a little longer than the classic salad recipe, the preparation is very simple and fast.
Boil the rice in salted water using the traditional boiling method. Then leave to cool, covered, to moisten completely.

Boil green beans in salted water for up to 10 minutes, until crispy. Broccoli stalks are also boiled in brine like bean pods. Remove from cold water to stop heating, then drain and chop finely.
Cut the zucchini into small cubes, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and fry in a little olive oil. Then lift the zucchini cubes into a sieve and filter.
Tuna slices are dried. Peel and grate the squash and chop it in the same way as the red onion. Finely chop the tomatoes and olives. Spread the dandelions on sheets and sprinkle them with a little water as a little of the sugar dissolves.

When all of these ingredients are ready, mix them in a large bowl. Prepare a simple seasoning of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and add it on top of the ingredients. Mix all ingredients well and add grated Parmesan cheese while serving.
