Vegetables for the winter without boiling: ingredients and preparation
For this vegetable recipe you will need: a kilogram of carrots, a kilogram of pepper, a kilogram of onions, a kilogram of tomatoes, a kilogram of dill and parsley, a kilogram of salt. Of all these ingredients, you will get five one-liter packages of vegetables.
Keep in mind that veggies and greens are weighed after cleaning.
The first step is to put the carrots on a large grater, and then chop the peppers into cubes. We chop the dill and parsley as follows: the leaves with a knife and the thick stems with a blender. Then cut the onions into cubes and chop the tomatoes into pieces. Blend the tomatoes with a blender or pass them through a meat grinder. Make sure to use a deep bowl.
