Strawberry mousse is a recipe that reminds me of childhood for most people.
Star fruit can be eaten in May, June and July either raw or in various desserts. We have prepared the most delicious strawberry mousse recipe.

Here’s how to make it!
For six servings of strawberry mousse, we need:
- 4 egg whites
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 700 grams of soap.
How to prepare
Wash the strawberries in several waters, then wipe them well with paper towels. Then mix the strawberries with two tablespoons of sugar.
We separate the eggs and beat the egg whites well with sugar and two bags of vanilla sugar until a thick, meringue-like foam is obtained.
Gradually mix the egg whites with the strawberry puree with a spoon. Once the foam is mixed well, it should be refrigerated for at least 15 minutes. It is important to know that for preparation, the ingredients can be cold from the refrigerator.

Put the cool foam in the fridge in small cups and decorate. Some fresh mint leaves can be a great decoration idea.

Strawberry Cake: Ingredients
- 150 ml of oil
- 400 grams flour
- Half a kilo of strawberries
- 5 eggs
- lemon peel
- 250 ml of kefir or senna
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 250 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt.
Strawberry cake: how to prepare
First put the oil in a large bowl and add the eggs. Then add sugar and lemon peel. Those who do not like lemons can replace the peel of this fruit with orange peel.
Thus, vanilla essence is added to the above mixture. Mix everything well for 2-3 minutes.
Then we pour kefir or senna, flour and a little salt to taste. There was no shortage of baking powder. Stir again for one minute at most.

Strawberries can also be replaced with cherries or apricots, depending on their preference.
The dough composition should be ready, at which point it can be poured into a tray. You can put it in a tray measuring 35/25 cm. At the base of the composition, in the tray, baking paper is laid out so that it does not stick. Put as many strawberries as possible on top of the dough.
Place the pan in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes. After this time interval, the cake is already baked.

At the end, it is left to cool and after that it can be cut very easily with a knife. This strawberry cake should look fluffy.
