The most tender semolina pancakes (and the easiest recipe for them)

The most delicious semolina pancakes recipe. They are very easy to make.

Many housewives complain that their semolina pancakes do not come out – they are so thin that they end up crumbling in the soup, they are so strong that even a spoon does not enter them.

Today we present a very simple recipe. The dumplings always come out fluffy, without breaking. We only need two ingredients in equal quantities: eggs and semolina. Weigh the egg we are going to use with the shell. The specific weight will also be the weight of the semolina used.

How is it preparedWe break the egg, beat it well, add salt, then gradually put semolina under the rain and try to incorporate it as much as possible. Let the composition rest for 5 minutes.

We take a spoon / teaspoon, pass it through a can of water (so that semolina does not stick to it), take a little composition depending on what size we want the dumplings to be (swell a lot) and put them in the soup over low heat.

Boil the mixture for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, put the lid on and let it rest for another 10 minutes.

How do I make soup? Only vegetables: carrots, onions, potatoes, peppers and parsnips. I let it boil for an hour and a half with a pinch of salt, then I took it out.

I cut up the carrots, parsnips, and potatoes and put them back into the soup (eventually).

Served with fresh parsley
