Put in a bowl and mix with vegetables, oil and garlic. After they are completely covered with the mixture, they are placed in the hot oil from the pan with ½ cup of water. It is also a good idea to use a pan that is as wide as possible. Leave it on the fire for 15-20 minutes. To check if it is ready, you can pierce it with a fork.
