How to make a cake for Valentine’s Day
Beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar until they turn white, then add the dye. Add the beaten egg whites with the rest of the sugar and white flour mixed with the yeast. The resulting composition is poured into a removable bottom tray lined with baking paper. Mix the flour with an egg, vanilla extract and 100 ml milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then add the flour mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Leave to cool and then add the whipped cream.

Cut a bubble strip and roll the melted chocolate over it. Let it cool just enough so it doesn’t leak. Brush the edge of the cake with a little whipped cream, then roll it around the border of the chocolate and let it cool. When the chocolate hardens, decorate with whipped cream.
